It sounds like you're experiencing issues with signing into your Microsoft account on your PS5 to play Forza Horizon. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Check Your Internet Connection: Ensure that your PS5 is connected to the internet and that there are no connectivity issues.
    2. Update Gaming Services: Make sure your Gaming Services are up to date. You can check for updates in the settings of your console or through the Microsoft Store.
    3. Verify Xbox App: If you have the Xbox app installed, ensure it is up to date as well. Sometimes, an outdated app can cause sign-in issues.
    4. Clear Cache: Try clearing the cache on your PS5. This can sometimes resolve glitches related to sign-in.
    5. Re-link Your Account: If the problem persists, consider unlinking and then re-linking your Microsoft account to your PS5. Make sure to follow the correct steps to do this.
    6. Check for Account Issues: Verify that there are no issues with your Microsoft account itself, such as security alerts or restrictions.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to reach out to Microsoft support for further assistance.

    Hi Anthony Saitil,

Thank you for posting on the Microsoft Q&A Forum and and sharing the details of your experience. I understand how frustrating it can be when you’re excited to play and keep getting stuck in a sign-in loop after entering the verification code.

Here are a few steps that you can try to resolve this issue on Windows 11:

    1 - Repair Gaming Services

    • Open PowerShell as Administrator and run:
    get-appxpackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers
    remove-item -path HKLM:\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices -recurse

    • Restart your PC, then open the Xbox app and reinstall Gaming Services when prompted.

    2 - Reset Xbox Sign-In Tokens

    • Go to Settings > Accounts, remove your Microsoft account, then sign back in through the Xbox app.

I look forward to receiving your update. Let me know if you need further assistance, feel free to ask me by clicking "Add Comment" or "Add Answer" if you cannot add comment so your response will be visible. Thanks for your effort.
