I want to delete a microsoft account but have a deleted azure account due to tennant inactivity can someone help ?

Hi
I have a deleted azure account due to inactivity. I want to delete my microsoft account but cannot because of the situation with the azure account. Since it said to log in and disable the azure account first but i cannot do this because its been deleted.
Here are the log in error details :
Sign-in failed
Error code: AADSTS5000225
Error message: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle Trace ID: 36c2a54c-fe97-404b-a822-120ec9f31901 Correlation ID: c80bfbde-66b3-4902-b04f-2901603c604e Timestamp: 2025-11-30 22:44:39Z
Please can a microsoft technician do this for me this is how i have been advised so far that a microsoft staff member would have to do this.
