    Hello,

I can see the 'File failed to send. Please check OneDrive storage and try again.' Phone Link is trying to use OneDrive to move your large file, and there is not enough free space in your OneDrive. The fastest fix is to free up OneDrive space, then retry the send.

On your PC, select the OneDrive cloud icon in the taskbar. Choose View online to open OneDrive on the web and check the storage meter. Delete or move large items you do not need, then open the OneDrive 'Recycle bin' on the left and empty it because items there still count against your quota.

Wait a minute for OneDrive to sync, confirm that you now have more free space than the size of the file you are sending, then try the share again from File Explorer or Phone Link.

If the file is very large and you still do not have enough space after cleanup, increasing your OneDrive storage will also resolve this.
