Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe ein Laptop mit Windows 11 Home Version gekauft. Über mein bestehende Abo möchte Ich gern das Laptop auf Windows Pro 11 upgraden.

Der einfachste Weg ist folgender: Öffnen Sie Einstellungen > System > Aktivierung > Product Key ändern und geben Sie Ihren Windows-11-Pro-Schlüssel ein. Windows führt dann das Editionsupgrade durch, ohne Ihre Programme oder Dateien neu zu installieren. Wenn Ihr Abonnement mit einem Microsoft-Konto verknüpft ist (z. B. ein digitaler Lizenzkauf aus dem Microsoft Store), stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie mit diesem Konto angemeldet sind, damit die Lizenz automatisch abgerufen werden kann.

Sollten nach der Eingabe des Schlüssels Aktivierungsfehler auftreten, teilen Sie mir bitte den genauen Fehlercode mit. Ich helfe Ihnen gerne weiter.
