Dear @Benoit Walravens,
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum.
I understand you’re experiencing an issue where you’re unable to export a Microsoft Loop document to PDF completely, as only the first three topics appear in the print dialog.
As a forum moderator, I truly wish I could directly access your account or delve into backend systems to diagnose and fix this for you. However, our role is limited to providing general guidance and solutions that can be applied by users.
Based on the tests I’ve conducted and the information available, this issue does not appear to be related to your setup. Instead, it seems tied to how Loop currently handles Print and PDF export. Recent updates introduced a problem where only part of the page is sent to the print dialog rather than the full content. This behavior has been confirmed by other users and reproduced by moderators, indicating it is very likely a service-side issue.
Based on my testing, a possible workaround is to export the content to Word for Web and then save it as a PDF. Alternatively, you can create a new workspace for each document and export from there.

While waiting for an official fix, I strongly suggest:
Submitting feedback directly in Loop (Settings and more > Help & feedback > Give feedback > Report a problem) with details about when the issue started and what components are missing in the PDF.
If possible, to ensure this critical issue is escalated, tracked, and prioritized for a fix by the engineering team, the most effective step is for your organization's IT administrator to submit an official support ticket through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Please ask The Global Admin in your organization to create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin. If you don't know who your IT administrator is, please refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
