To allow a file to be sent to an outside computer, you will need to remove the password protection from the file. This is necessary because many systems prevent the transfer of password-protected files for security reasons. Here are the general steps you can follow to remove password protection:

    1. Open the File: Open the document that is password protected.
    2. Remove Password: Depending on the application you are using (like Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.), you can usually find the option to remove the password in the file's settings or properties. For example, in Microsoft Office applications, you can go to File > Info > Protect Document > Encrypt with Password and then remove the password.
    3. Save the File: After removing the password, make sure to save the file.
    4. Upload Again: Try uploading the file again to the external business.

If you are unsure how to remove the password, please refer to the help documentation for the specific application you are using.
