Trying to recover Microsoft account, however, cannot send form to microsoft because 2fa authentication got hacked and no longer is set up for my microsoft account. How am I able to recover account without this information?

    Unfortunately if 2fa is enabled then the account recovery form cannot be used. In that case your only option is to create a new account & request Microsoft transfer any purchases &/or subscriptions over to the new account.

    If your business account was hacked then you may be able to recover it.
