Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Are you encountering this error during product key redemption, or after the key has already been redeemed and you're installing Office?

Try redeeming your product key using an incognito tab or with a different browser.

Also, please let me know which Office edition your product key belongs to, such as Office Home 2024, Office Professional Plus, or Office LTSC or Office 365 Personal or Family Subscription.

The error message "service unavailable, try after sometime" during the installation of Microsoft Office could be related to several factors, including server issues or network connectivity problems. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Check Internet Connection: Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly. A weak or intermittent connection can cause installation issues.
    2. Try Again Later: Sometimes, the Microsoft servers may be temporarily unavailable. Wait for a while and then try the installation again.
    3. Use the Microsoft 365 Uninstall troubleshooter: If you have any previous versions of Office installed, it may help to uninstall them completely before attempting to install the new version. You can run the Microsoft 365 Uninstall troubleshooter to assist with this process.
    4. Check for Updates: Make sure your Windows operating system is up to date. Sometimes, pending updates can interfere with installations.
    5. Run as Administrator: Try running the installation as an administrator. Right-click on the installer and select "Run as administrator".

If the problem persists, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for further assistance.
