I haven't received AZ-305 Certificate after passing the exam

I haven't received AZ-305 Certificate after passing the exam on 30th Nov.please let me know when can see certificate in my profile.

    Exams are not certifications. The AZ-305 exam is only part of the requirements for the Azure Solution Architect Expert certification. You must also hold an active Azure Administrator Associate certification.

    After passing AZ-305, your certificate usually appears in your Microsoft Learn profile within 48–72 hours.

    Please check your Microsoft Learn profile under Credentials → Certifications. You can access it through the Certification Dashboard here: https://aka.ms/certdashboard

    Also confirm you are signed in with the same Microsoft account you used to register for the exam.

    If the certificate still doesn’t appear after 72 hours, please contact Microsoft Certification Support so they can review your records: https://aka.ms/CertificationSupport
