Can't change my login PIN.

When I go into my settings to change my PIN code for my account, it says:

User's image

And then when I press the "Sorry - this PIN isn't working for your organisation's resources. Tap or click here to fix it." then it goes through me having to log in again and gives:

User's image

Does anyone know where I can get more information on this? Because if I go to the suggested link and look for the code it doesn't explain what that code means on the website...

Hi! First step is to confirm whether your device is joined to a work/school account under Settings > Accounts > Access work or school and, if it is company-managed, share the full error code shown in the second screenshot with your IT team.

If this is your personal Windows 11 PC and you’re no longer using any organisation account, try fully disconnecting any old work/school account under Settings > Accounts > Access work or school, sign out and back in, and then remove and re-create the PIN (and other Windows Hello methods) from Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.
