Login Fail AT&T Secure Mail Key

I have several e-mails in the group that I manage. Two of them have failed as they keep opening a window for a password. I suspect that there is an issue them as they previously used a Secure Mail Key. The remaining e-mail accounts work just fine. I have gone round & round with AT&T and have finally gotten them to escalate, as their links to Manage Secure Keys didn't work. Any thoughts or experience with this? Thanks.

Hi Anonymous, I know how frustrating it is to get stuck during Windows setup just because of the wrong account especially when you’re trying to restore your backup and nothing seems to work.

To fix the login issue create a new Secure Mail Key in your AT&T profile using the direct link if the normal page fails. update your email client with that key in IMAP/SMTP settings clear your browser cache if the key page won’t load and make sure each device has its own key—then test in another app if Outlook still doesn’t work.

When you activated your subscription from Amazon did it redirect you to Microsoft site to link the account or did you only receive a confirmation email without any activation option?

    Best regards

I am aware that I need to create a new Secure Message Key, however, following AT&T directions fails, as menu choice & links directed to, are not there. I have escalated this to AT&T, and was hoping that someone here had found another way to the destination. ;-)
