Why does the local link to Toledo Oregon include data from Toledo Ohio?

I currently have the bing page when I open new tab. The news links along the top work fine except the local selection. I live in Toledo Oregon and the current location link also shows information from Toledo Ohio. I know I am in a very small town with little information but please it's no where near Toledo Ohio.

Have you tried reporting this issue directly to Bing? https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-report-a-concern-or-contact-bing-1831f0fe-3c4d-46ae-8e57-16c487715729 Use the link in the first paragraph and explain your repro steps so that someone at Microsoft can do the same to see the issue. "If you have a concern about particular URLs or other information contained in search results, you may report these to Microsoft Bing."

You are obviously getting this error as Bing is doing a string search on "Toledo" instead of a local search on your IP co-ordinates.
