To sign up for Microsoft 365 Copilot in Outlook, you need to ensure that you meet the following prerequisites:

    1. Licensing: You must have the Microsoft Copilot for Service license. Since you mentioned you are using Microsoft 365 Personal, please note that this version may not support Copilot features, which are typically available for business or enterprise accounts.
    2. Deployment: The Copilot for Service app must be deployed in Outlook. If you are not the tenant administrator, you will need to contact your administrator to check if it has been deployed.
    3. Location Availability: Currently, Copilot for Service features are only available for customers in the United States. Since you are located in Hong Kong, this may be the reason you are unable to access Copilot in Outlook.

If you meet these requirements and are still having issues, you may need to check with your Microsoft 365 administrator or support for further assistance.
