cant get my office 365 working on my laptop

i purchased office 365, kicks in 10th December following completion of the 30 day trial but i have still purchased the monthly subscription. i cannot get it to work on my laptop so i cant access word or excel etc.. i have been on several chats to support and keep getting passed on to other departments. please can someone help as a matter of urgency. this is slowing down my business.

1. Which operating system are you running?
2. Are you on a Windows or a Mac computer?
3. Did you purchase Microsoft 365 Personal or did you purchase Microsoft 365 Business?
4. Could you please share a screenshot of https://account.microsoft.com/services page?

its a new laptop with windows. i purchased : Microsoft 365 Business Standard

heres is the email confirmation:
