I have 60 minutes a month from my MS 365 subscription. Skype has ended, but I see the Skype dial pad on Teams. However, when I go to use it, it says my subscription does not cover the number. Why?? What is covered with my 60 minutes?

I find Teams the most difficult to navigate and to get simple answers like this.

With your Microsoft 365 subscription, you have 60 minutes per user, per month for dial-out calls to non-premium numbers in any Zone A country or region. This benefit applies specifically to the Audio Conferencing monthly subscription licenses and does not extend to pay-per-minute licenses.

If you are receiving a message that your subscription does not cover the number you are trying to dial, it could be because the number is not classified as a non-premium number or it may be outside of the Zone A countries and regions that are covered by your subscription.

To clarify, the 60 minutes are pooled at the tenant level, meaning if you have multiple users, the minutes are shared among all users assigned the Audio Conferencing licenses. If you've used your allocated minutes for the month, you won't be able to make additional calls until the next month unless you have additional Communication Credits or a different subscription that allows for more minutes.

If you find Teams difficult to navigate, consider checking the Microsoft 365 admin center for more details on your subscription and the specific features included.

Can you sign into here and see if you can make calls from here?

The subscription doesn't cover the phone number itself, but if it is a subscription from before Skype retired, the credits should work through the web portal above.
