Account Hacked and Recovery Assistance Needed

Hello Microsoft Support Team,

My Microsoft account ******@gmail.com was hacked today. The hacker has changed my email, password, and possibly my phone number. When I try to recover it, it says the account is linked to ******@PII.com, which I do not recognize.

I have already tried the recovery form at https://account.live.com/acsr, but it has not helped me regain access.

Today, I received emails indicating that account information was added and account information was deleted, confirming that my account was compromised.

This account contains more than $300 worth of Minecraft items, which I cannot afford to lose. I am willing to provide any proof necessary to verify ownership, including previous passwords, billing information, email activity, or screenshots.

Please investigate this urgent issue and guide me on how I can regain access as soon as possible.

    Sorry for this frustrating situation that you're facing regarding your account being compromised. In case you've tried the Recovery Form but to no avail, it is recommended to contact Microsoft Support to receive direct assistance.

    Contact Microsoft Support

    • Visit this website: Contact - Microsoft Support 
    • Type Contact in the search box. 
    • Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support or Sign in to contact support below. 
    • Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category. 
    • On the Category tab, choose Manage account security. 
    • Go to Confirm. 
    • You can now choose the option of Chat with a support agent on your web browser. 

    Important Note*: The Chat support team only works at certain work times, (Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm. Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.) so if the last window says you are not available, try to open it again the next day. If you prefer phone support, you can leave a phone number. That way, they can call you and help you. *
