Hi @ Nathan Dunn,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform.
We have been trying to reach you on Teams, but unfortunately we did not receive any response. Please feel free to reach out to us if the issue still persists. We will be happy to assist you and raise a support case with the Support Team for further investigation.
It seems you’re experiencing an issue with your Azure Storage account being stuck due to the enabled redundancy features.
The storage account may be in an internal long-running operation triggered by the redundancy change. Before we proceed further, please try the following checks to confirm whether the operation is still active:
You can perform the basic troubleshooting's steps
- Refresh the Storage Account overview in the Azure portal and check if the redundancy option is still showing as “Updating” or “In progress.”
- Review the Activity Log for any recent
Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts/writeevents or failed replication operations. - Try running a basic GET operation (for example, listing containers or properties) to confirm whether the account responds normally or still reports: “Another operation is in progress.”
- If possible, check the Provisioning State using Resource Explorer to see if it remains in
Updating.
Could you please confirm whether the issue still persists after these checks? If the problem continues, let us know your availability and we will reach out through a private message and secure channel to guide you on the next steps for support request creation behalf of you.
