To get support for Bluetooth LE (Low Energy) on your laptop running Windows 11, version 25H2, you should first ensure that your laptop's hardware supports Bluetooth LE. Not all Bluetooth adapters support this feature, so checking the specifications of your laptop or Bluetooth adapter is essential.

If your hardware does support Bluetooth LE, the next step is to ensure that you have the correct drivers installed. Windows 11 typically provides in-box support for Bluetooth LE, but if you are experiencing issues, you may need to check for driver updates from your laptop manufacturer or through Windows Update.

If you are still unable to connect your hearing aids, it could be beneficial to visit the manufacturer's website for any specific drivers or software that may be required for your hearing aids to function properly with your laptop.

For more detailed troubleshooting, you can refer to the Microsoft support page for fixing Bluetooth problems in Windows.

    Hello,

Microsoft actually explains it here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/check-if-a-windows-11-device-supports-bluetooth-low-energy-audio-2b79c085-0353-4467-8306-ebb2657a91de

If you don't see the LE option, it means it is lacking driver from the OEM (manufacturer). Microsoft does NOT provide in-box driver/generic driver for this.

This is the very specific section I quoted from the above article
