I think that is because you forget to put the range lookup in the formula. Without it, the results will be on random, I guess.

So, I'm using vlookup, but it won't work. It's just a simple formula really.

I have tried everything like rewriting both cells, but still nothing happens.
Do I need to uninstall Excel app and find better apps?

Check for spaces within the cell, or use trim to remove extra spaces.
