Cannot see my latest emails in Outlook both web and phone

Question

Been having this problem for the past week, both on web outlook on my computer and web outlook on my phone.

I cannot see my latest received emails when I first sign in. I know for a fact it's not about storage because I have an upgraded subscription and I'm not even close to it being full. I know I am getting emails because I get the notifications on my phone.

The only way I'm able to see my latest emails is by filtering by date and/or unread messages. Which is such an inconvenience. Please help.

Hi! It seems that your emails are being organized by sender instead of by date. You’ll need to change this setting so the emails are sorted by date, which will let you see them from newest to oldest.
