Please help what is wrong with Azure today!!!! I cannot Login!!!!!

As of now, you can sign in to Azure Portal by using https://portal.azure.com instead of https://azure.microsoft.com.

Hi @Harold Glenn Minerva · The issue is now resolved.

You should be able to sign by using both https://portal.azure.com as well as https://azure.microsoft.com.
