How do I get a refund for being charged twice after getting a new computer?

I was charged in early November for Microsoft and then I needed to get a new computer. I was charged again middle of November when I installed on the new computer. How do I get ahold of someone to get a refund for the double charge?

Thank you for posting, I am here to help you today. You need to investigate this charge from your Microsoft billing history by signing to your Microsoft Account.

Log in using your Microsoft Account. Find your subscription and select Manage. On the next page, select Cancel then Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation. To view our complete cancellation policy.

Please understand that in order to get a refund, you will need to cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription.
