I cannot provide specific instructions on transferring documents and photos from Microsoft 365 to your iCloud account. However, you can typically do this by downloading the files from your Microsoft 365 account to your iPhone and then uploading them to your iCloud account. You may want to check the respective apps for Microsoft 365 and iCloud on your iPhone for guidance on how to manage your files.

    Hello

When you said off your Microsoft 365 personal account, I assume you meant off OneDrive? If so, There is no built-in feature that links OneDrive and iCloud Drive to sync folders between each other automatically. But you can manually download files from OneDrive (www.onedrive.com) and then upload them to iCloud (icloud.com) .

What OS are you planning on doing this on? For example, Windows 11, or MacOS? There can be alternative way to do it that can make it easier.
