To resolve your issue with accessing OneDrive, you may be encountering an error due to account problems such as a missing license or credential mismatch. Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check Account Status: Ensure that your OneDrive account is active and that you have the necessary licenses. If you haven't accessed your OneDrive account in 12 months, it may be frozen.
    2. Contact IT Support: Since the error message suggests contacting your IT department, reaching out to them could provide specific insights into your account status.
    3. Account Recovery: If your account is frozen, you can follow the guidance on how to unfreeze your account by checking the relevant Microsoft support documentation.

If you need to pay your Microsoft bill, you can typically do this through the Microsoft 365 admin center or the billing section of your Microsoft account. Please ensure that your payment information is up to date to avoid service interruptions.

For further assistance, consider reaching out to Microsoft support directly with your Tenant ID for personalized help.

    Dear @Admin AH

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

May I ask if you are the end user or the Global Admin of the tenant?

Currently, may I please ask for more detailed information from you, so I can better understand your situation? Is it that you cannot access OneDrive because your subscription has expired, and you want to renew the subscription and make the payment? I am not sure if my understanding is correct.

(Let me hide the person's personal information (like email, tenant ID, full name...) in a private message, as this is personal information and should not be displayed in the community, it could affect your tenant. I hope you understand that.)

If my understanding above is correct (you lost access to the OneDrive file storage service and you need to pay the Microsoft bill to fix that), then you must have the Global Admin role to perform this action in the Admin Center. If you do not have this role, please reach out to the person who does, usually the IT Admin of your company:

    • Can you access to the Admin Center ? If no, please send me screenshot so I can provide next steps.
    • If yes, go to Billing > Your products > select your tenant's subscription > Look for your subscription and verify if it shows and help me take screenshot.

Moreover, you can go to Billing > Payment methods > Add or update your credit card or bank details.

Please kindly help me answer the questions. This will help me understand more your situation and provide next steps.

    Looking forward to your reply!
