Hacked account

Question

My original email was hacked, it says it doesn’t even exist anymore. It was taken over by some taco blast email. I can’t submit a request form since I have access to the account at all. I can’t get in touch with live chat or call someone to fix this issue. I had to make alternative account just for this post. If someone could help me out that’d be great. Thanks. Please know that if a Microsoft account is hacked and the email address is changed, the account is essentially lost and cannot be recovered. The Account Recovery Form will no longer work.
