I cannot locate the recycle bin to recover deleted files. Where is that located and how can I access the accidentally deleted files.

If you are using Office on a Windows PC, open the Settings app, then go to Personalization - Themes

Click 'Desktop Icon Settings' and in there you can enable the Recycle Bin icon on your Desktop to be able to access the Recycle Bin.

If you are using Microsoft 365, your files may be stored on OneDrive online (https://onedrive.live.com/), log into OneDrive online and check the Recycle Bin on the left of OneDrive to check if your files are stored there.

If using a Mac the equivalent of the Windows Recycle Bin is the Trash. It's located at the right end of the Dock.

Note that there are other methods of locating files on a Mac. If that's what you're using explain your need in your reply. Also, if the specific software & operating system are included when posting it can help prevent being sent on a wild goose chase.
