Hi, this isn't a solution for us. Is there an status page with updates on the fix for quick assist or even a fix you're working on at the moment?

    Hi Ruijter, Ivana,

I’m Henry, and I want to quickly clarify the issue you’re encountering with Quick Assist.

The notification “the minimum security requirements on the helper’s side were not met” is not caused by your setup or configuration; it’s expected behavior that Microsoft is aware of. For a more stable and secure remote assistance experience, Microsoft recommends using Remote Help.
