To reset your forgotten password for Microsoft services, follow these steps:

    1. Go to the login page of the service you are trying to access.
    2. Click on Reset Password.
    3. Enter your username and click Send Email. You will receive an email with a link to create a new password. Note that the link remains valid for 16 hours.
    4. If you have forgotten your PIN, you can reset it by signing in with an alternate method and navigating to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options. From there, select PIN (Windows Hello) > I forgot my PIN and follow the instructions.

If you are unable to reset your password or PIN using these methods, you may need to contact customer support for further assistance.

    Hi Philip,

Thanks for telling me what’s up. I know it sucks when you can’t change your payment info because you’re locked out. Here’s the deal:

The thing is, Microsoft wants to make sure it’s really you before letting you change payment stuff. If you forgot your password and PIN, you gotta get back into your account first.

    Here’s how,

Go to Microsoft Account Recovery and click “I forgot my password”.

Do what it says to prove who you are with your backup email, phone, or security questions.

If you can’t get into any of those, fill out the Account Recovery Form and give as much info as you can, like old passwords, stuff you linked to the account, and payment info.

Once you get your password back, you can log in and change your payment details.

If you also forgot your Windows PIN, you can fix that after you log in. Just go to Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options.

If the form doesn't work to get your account back, you’ll have to make a brand Microsoft account and move your subscriptions and services there.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Noel
