How can I contact Dev Center (MS Store tech support) - app certification failure

Hi,

Have been attempting to contact Dev Center (MS Store tech support) over my app's certification failure on 11nov2025. Unfortunately, all attempts to establish communication with them have thus far failed. Two emails to their official email address reportapp@microsoft.com failed to generate any response from them. And the support ticket I lodged on 01dec2025 was responded to by them on 04dec2025 with a short email stating my company email was not validated, and they refused to communicate.

Not sure what I have to do to get through to someone. AI bot is useless and ran out of ideas. It shouldn't be this difficult or take 1 month to try and reach basic tech support of an app submission.

Any help would be appreciated.

Jae

To contact Microsoft Dev Center regarding your app's certification failure, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check Your Email Validation: Ensure that your company email is validated. If it is not, you may need to resolve this issue first, as it could prevent communication from Microsoft.
    2. Raise a Support Ticket: You can submit a support ticket through Partner Center. Click the Help (?) icon at the top of Partner Center, select Contact Support, and fill in the support ticket with relevant details about your issue.
    3. Follow Up: After submitting your ticket, track the request under Help + support in Partner Center. Microsoft will follow up via email or the online portal.
    4. Alternative Contact: If you continue to experience issues, you might consider reaching out to Microsoft directly via their support email for developers at ******@service.microsoft.com, especially if you are facing onboarding issues.
    5. Community Resources: For additional assistance, you can also check Microsoft Q&A forums or the Learn documentation for guidance.

If you have already tried these methods and still have not received a satisfactory response, consider reaching out again, ensuring all your details are correct and clearly stating your issue.
