Please try the following steps:
Press Windows + R, type "control panel," and press Enter.
Set the 'view by' from the top to Category.
Choose Hardware and Sound.
Select Power Options.
Click "Choose what the power buttons do."
Uncheck the "Turn on fast startup" option to disable the feature.
