    Hi,

    1. To isolate the issue, try playing sound on a different application. Are you experiencing the same issue?
    2. What browser are you using?
    3. What is the exact model of your device?

    In the search bar, type MSINFO32 and hit Enter.

    Please share a screenshot of that window.

    1. Press Windows + X and choose Device Manager.

    Click View > Show Hidden devices

    Expand Sound, Video, and Game Controllers.
