Thank you for reaching out. The issue occurs because the application does not support personal Microsoft accounts. To proceed, please:
1.Sign out of your personal account and sign in using your business (work or school) account.
2.If you do not have a business account, kindly ask your administrator to either:
- Provide you with a business account, or
- Invite your current account as a guest user in Azure Active Directory.
Once this is done, you should be able to install and use the application without issues.
