Pearson contact center told me that I have two profiles with your site. They are MS0996104041 and

MS0992956397. Please merge both the profiles to one. I don't recall creating two different profiles.

My phone number is-removed for privacy-

To merge your two Microsoft Learn profiles, you can follow these steps:

    1. Choose one of your profiles to sign into.
    2. Go to the login account management section and select "add login account".
    3. If the login account you are adding is associated with another Learn profile, it will trigger a profile merge.
    4. All content from the second profile will be brought into the signed-in profile, and any duplicate content will be removed.
    5. Note that if you exceed the limit of five work or school login accounts during the merge process, the process will be canceled, and you will need to resolve that before trying again.

Keep in mind that merging profile data cannot be undone, and you will still be able to sign in with all login accounts on both profiles after the merge.

If you need further assistance, you may want to contact Microsoft support directly for help with your specific profiles.
