I have come here looking for a solution to Windows 11 display settings not opening, after searching the internet and trying all supposed solutions--none of which worked.

And I find here MANY people having the same problem, and the same solutions proffered as everywhere else--which don't work. Microsoft is open to serious criticism for not providing a solution to this issue.

And until then--if ever--what is a person to do about this... ?

    Hi,

There is usually a conflict if a specific Settings page doesn't open. Let me suggest some troubleshooting.

Press Win + X and select Device Manager.

    Expand Display adapters.

Right-click your graphics driver (example: Intel, NVIDIA, AMD).

    Select Disable device.

    Confirm by clicking Yes.

Let me know that if it works when the Display driver is disabled. Good luck!
