I cannot receive any email but can send emails

I tried everything, nothing in the spam folder, internet works properly, I even cleared the roam cache folder, no rules. I can send emails but cannot receive any

    Based on your description, could you or your admin check the email delivery status for messages sent to your mailbox on Exchange Online Message Trace? If possible, kindly share the error code and log via private message.

    Additionally, does this issue also occur in New Outlook or Outlook on the Web?

    In the meantime, from my research, this issue is commonly caused by:

    • Mailbox out of storage:

    If your mailbox has hit its storage limit, new emails won’t come through. You can check this in Outlook by going to File and check storage space under Mailbox Settings:

    • Classic Outlook running in Offline mode:

    Although you mentioned your internet is working fine, could you check if Outlook is set to ‘Work Offline’? When this mode is enabled, Outlook disconnects from the mail server and stops syncing new messages. You can verify this by looking at the status bar:
