I can open classic outlook but when I try to switch to the new version, I get an error stating unavailable at this time. Why? Moved from Microsoft 365 and Office | Other

Hi Cheryl,
Please try the following and see if that helps.
Press Windows + R, type %localappdata%\Microsoft, and press Enter.
Delete the Olk and OneAuth folders.
Restart Outlook.
This only removes temporary Outlook data that will be recreated automatically. Your emails will remain safe.
