Problem with copilot 365 on web browser

Question

So I was using as normal copilot 365 in web browser. I use it to check my math problems because I know it can reliably solve them. I was using it it was working good. Then I opened the new chat and it stopped working. So I posted image that was screen shot of the math equation and it couldnt read it even if it was working in different chat like 5 mins ago. It was same image nothing changed. I tried using different model because I was using deep thinking and nothing changed. How to fix it? Because I was using it for months with no problem. Copilot told me that it cannot use OCD. But I dont know why if it worked 5 min ago.
