Xbox / MS store inaccessible

Question

I am having trouble with my location settings on my Xbox - I cannot purchase from the South African MS store - simply just says update your region.

I have. I have gone through every required step needed to ensure that my region / location is 100% correct and reflective of my residency.

I have tried everything. All my locations / regions are an exact match. not sure what else to try
