MDT Deployment was cancelled or did not complete successfuly (please help)

Question

Hi everyone I have a customer where the deployment was working fine and there was no changes to the HP1A script. My knowledge is quite limited but we didnt change anything in the scipt and the link is correct in the mdt. The only diff i can see is that its not fuly green on the buttons as you can see in the screenshots.

I would highly appreciate any help or ideas that anyone has.
