Urgent Assistance Needed to Restore Access to email Exchange Online Plan 1

I am experiencing a critical issue with my Microsoft account and have not been able to find a workable solution so far. I missed a payment for my Microsoft 365 subscription (Exchange Online Plan 1), which I originally purchased through Bluehost, and as a result I have lost access to my email service. Bluehost informed me that they no longer partner with Microsoft, and the “Contact Support” button on my account redirects me to an empty page belonging to Endurance International Holding B.V., which appears to own the service.

I have also tried using the support email address provided, but my messages bounce back and there is no available option to speak with an agent through your website or customer service page.

This email account is essential for my business, so regaining access as soon as possible is extremely important. Could you please provide a direct link or clear instructions to settle the outstanding payment and reactivate the service? I also need confirmation that all previous emails and data can be fully recovered.

I am requesting urgent assistance with this matter.

    Hi Info Wempower

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum

1.Regarding your situation, you can try to process the payment directly in Microsoft 365 admin center:

-Go directly to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center

-Sign in with the Microsoft 365 admin account you originally used

-Once signed in, Click Billing > Your products > Find your suspended “Exchange Online Plan 1” subscription > Click “Reactivate subscription” > Add or select a payment method and complete the payment

As soon as the payment is processed, your email service will be fully restored with all previous emails, contacts, and calendar data intact. Microsoft keeps everything during suspension.

2.If you cannot sign in to the admin center or the “Reactivate” option is not available, please open a support ticket with Microsoft Support

    -In Microsoft 365 admin center

-Navigate to Support > Help & Support

-In the description box, enter the issue details

-Choose contact method > Submit the request
