Try the following: Go to the View tab and make sure that you click to enable the Vertical option, found in the Page Movement group. Does that let you zoom again, using either the Slider at the bottom right of the Word window or the controls in the Zoom group on the View tab?

If the zoom feature is disabled in Word, you can try the following steps to enable it:

    1. Check the View Tab: Ensure you are in the correct view mode. The zoom feature is available in the View tab. Look for the Zoom options there.
    2. Use Status Bar: You can also adjust the zoom level directly from the status bar at the bottom right of the Word window. Click on the percentage shown there to open the zoom slider.
    3. Keyboard Shortcuts: You can use keyboard shortcuts to zoom in or out. Press CTRL and + to zoom in, or CTRL and - to zoom out.
    4. Update Word: Ensure that your version of Word is up to date, as updates can fix bugs that may affect features like zoom.
    5. Check Display Settings: Sometimes, display settings on your computer can affect how Word operates. Check your display settings and adjust the scaling options if necessary.
    6. Restart Word or Computer: If the zoom feature is still not working, try restarting Word or your computer to see if that resolves the issue.

If none of these steps work, you may want to check for any specific settings or restrictions that might be applied to your version of Word.
