How do I unlock my Microsoft Rewards account suspension?

My Microsoft Rewards account was suspended over 3 years ago. I am still unsure why my account was originally suspended, and no detailed explanation was provided to me. At that time, I was working from home, using a VPN to connect to my work, so my only guess is that I performed some Bing searches while I was connected to that VPN (using a VPN is a "violation")? I am no longer working from home, so I am wondering how I can contact Microsoft Rewards to ask them for forgiveness and unsuspend my account. I cannot access the support form for Rewards since my account is suspended. I attempted to contact Microsoft support via the Chat function, but they are only able to help with product or Microsoft account issues (which does not include Microsoft Rewards). I am hoping someone can help me with this, perhaps provide a direct email to Microsoft Rewards or another method of contacting them? Thank you in advance.

    An alternative option will be from a colleague, friend or a relative's account and from there you can reference the account that got suspended and submit the appeal.

You may still be able to recover the account depending on the reason for the suspension. Microsoft typically suspends accounts for violating the Microsoft Rewards terms of service, such as using automated tools to earn points, having multiple accounts, or engaging in fraudulent activities. Response times may vary due to workload or other tasks at hand, but rest assured that they will review your case and let you know if your account can be reinstated and after that you can decide if you will create a new account.
