    Hi,

Missing email folders in Outlook usually means either Folder Pane is hidden, sync hasn’t completed for IMAP/Exchange accounts, or the profile/data file is corrupted.

    What I Suggest is:

Check View → Folder Pane → Normal to make sure folders are visible.

Confirm the account shows “Connected” and run Send/Receive All Folders.

If still missing, Repair the account via File → Account Settings → Repair, or recreate the Outlook profile.

For local folders, reattach the PST via File → Open & Export → Open Outlook Data File.

     Happy to help!
