Can't open my own note book or OneDrive on desktop app

I use MacOS, and had no problems opening my notebooks on OneNote. I started a new notebook for the new school year, and I can only seem to access it online through the website. I use two emails, my personal and school email. I've tried opening the app through the website but it gives me this message.


I've logged out and changed emails to log in, and still get the same message even though i am logged into the account i made the notebook in. I've granted direct access with my other email, cleared my keychain.

I also can't log into my school's OneDrive through one note. It prompts me for my login and when i do it closes the window and doesn't open anything.

    Did you test if the old Notebook and the new Notebook have the same problem?
    What browser did you use to open the file?
    Did you open the Notebook link or you can find the Notebook in list but cannot open it?

    I suggest you clear your OneNote credentials from the Credential Manager. Type Credential Manager in the Windows search box, launch the tool and click on Windows Credentials. Locate your OneNote or Office credentials and click the Remove button.

    I also suggest you change the browser and check the result.
