Restoration of forms on the Customer Voice environment of Josua Wenger

The team completed several forms last week related to development assessments with significant effort. However, these forms are no longer accessible this week. The forms were created and stored in the Customer Voice environment associated with Josua Wenger.

It is suspected that the disappearance of the forms is related to Josua Wenger’s departure and the deactivation of his Customer Voice profile/environment.

The user is requesting whether it is possible to reactivate Josua Wenger’s Customer Voice environment temporarily in order to retrieve and copy the forms.

Hi, I understand how concerning it feels when all that work suddenly disappears.

The reason those forms are no longer accessible is that Customer Voice ties projects to the owner’s account, and when Josua’s profile was deactivated, the projects were automatically removed from active access.

The quickest way to recover them is to temporarily restore Josua’s account and license so you can log in, copy the forms to a new owner or share them with a Microsoft 365 group.

If restoring the account isn’t possible, another option is to restore the Power Platform environment from a recent backup and export the projects from there.

Can you confirm if Josua’s account was deleted or just disabled, and how long ago that happened?

Also, do you know if the projects were ever shared with a group?

That will help us decide the best recovery path.

    Regards,
    Aron
