In this case, you'll have to do the following: generate an ISO or IMG file of the disk you have. You would need another computer with a CD and DVD drive and generate a file that would be a copy of the disk. You can use software like CDbunnerXP to generate the file, then copy it to a USB flash drive and plug it into the new computer.
Microsoft does not officially provide Office XP downloads at the moment; it is no longer supported.
You can also copy the files from the disk into a folder and put them all in the same folder on the USB flash drive and run the installation.
Remember that because it's old software, there may be compatibility issues and failures, but I can't guarantee it. I have seen Office 2003 working correctly on Windows 11.
