Hi,

I'm not sure how to best get in contact with the correct area for my issue.

I had 3x purchases made on my linked credit card on 12-12-25.

Order numbers 2332122588, 4898270479 & 4317851286.

I did not make these purchases and am seeking a refund.

I was made aware of this from my bank and have since secured my account and attempted to submit refund requests via my order history on your website, however when choosing the options "Reason for Request: I didn't make this purchase" and "Who made the purchase?: Unknown Person", the Next button greys out and I'm unable to continue. It does show a link to 'If you think your account is compromised Click Here'.

I have secured my account.

How do I request a refund for the 3x items?

To request a refund for purchases made on your account by an unknown person, you should follow these steps:

    1. Contact Microsoft Support: Since you are unable to submit a refund request through the website due to the issue with the options being greyed out, it's best to contact Microsoft Support directly. You can explain your situation, including the order numbers and that your account has been secured.
    2. Use the Support Link: If you see a link that says "If you think your account is compromised Click Here," you should follow that link as it may lead you to the appropriate support resources for your issue.
    3. Provide Necessary Information: When you contact support, be ready to provide the order numbers (2332122588, 4898270479, & 4317851286) and any other relevant details about your account security measures.
    4. Follow Up: If you do not receive a response in a timely manner, consider following up to ensure your request is being processed.

By reaching out to Microsoft Support, you should be able to get assistance with your refund request for the unauthorized purchases.

    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Windows" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
