Suspended Rewards Redeem not Suspended?

I haven’t been able to redeem rewards points when I first contacted anyone about it I figured it was because of their prewritten search feature so I stopped using it. Now for the past 3 months I haven’t been able to redeem points when I am told I can regain access. When I used the on-site checker to see if there is anything wrong with your account nothing came up. Every time I try to contact support I get the same prewritten answer back but I wasn’t botting, and for the past 3 months I have been using the app “In Good Faith” so am I still suspended from using my rewards and can I regain access or am I permanently suspended even though I have been told by multiple sources including Microsoft themselves that I can get my account unsuspended. And if I am still suspended why is Microsoft saying everything is fine with my account??? I DONT WANT A PREWRITTEN ANSWER PLEASE! “Use bing in good faith, look at what that means” has been sent to my email 4 times now, I AM USING THE APP IN GOOD FAITH!

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    However, as this is an open forum I'm afraid that no one here would be able to help. If your suspension has been lifted and you're still unable to redeem points then please contact the Rewards Support Team so they can check to make sure things are fixed. https://rewards.bing.com/support

    In the meantime you could try logging out of all Xbox apps and the Store app then restart your device. Make sure that you're using the same account to log in to the PC and all apps when you restart.

    That's unfortunate. I'm afraid though that the link I provided is the only way to contact Rewards Support. They would be the only ones able to help with this.
