Flagged Email - Tasks, 2 email accounts, tasks not showing in Ms ToDo

Hi,

I have 2 email accounts in my Ms Outlook. 1 private, 1 business. Whenever I flag an email for the task list it doesn't show up in my Ms To Do App.

In my Tasks overview, I see I have 3 tasks lists: Takenlijst (dutch for tasks), Tasks and Taken (my computer). Whenever I flag a business account email it goes to Takenlijst and doesn't show up in my Ms TODO. If I copy it to Tasks, it does show up.

It looks like whenever I flag a business email it is added to my private account task list and doesn't sync to my business account. How do I make private email flagging go to Takenlijst en when flagging business email it's going to Tasks?

    Hi @Robert C ,

According to your description, I have done research and test on my Outlook client and MS To Do. When I flag an email as task, it is not displayed on MS To Do and when I copy it to task, it will be displayed on MS To Do, which reprodued your issue. I think it's by design.

It looks like whenever I flag a business email it is added to my private account task list and doesn't sync to my business account.

I noticed that the task by flagging is shown up under To-do-list instead of under my business account nor my private account in Outlook client. So I don't think it has anything to do with private account.
