If your Azure Free Trial subscription is under review and you are unable to create resources, it is important to understand that this review process is typically conducted by Microsoft to verify the account details and ensure compliance with their policies. Unfortunately, there is no direct way to expedite this process from your end.

Here are some steps you can take:

    1. Check your email: Look for any communication from Microsoft regarding your subscription status. They may have requested additional information or documentation.
    2. Visit the Azure portal: Log in to your Azure portal to check for any notifications or messages related to your subscription.
    3. Contact support: If you have not received any updates, consider reaching out to Azure support for assistance. They may provide more information on the status of your subscription and any actions you can take.

In the meantime, ensure that all your account information is accurate and complete, as this can help in the review process.

    Hello sajid khan,

Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Q&A portal.

I understand you're in a frustrating situation with your Azure Free Trial subscription being under review, and you’re eager to get it resolved so you can proceed with your tasks. Here’s what you can do to help expedite the process:

    1. Check Subscription Status: First, log into the [Azure Portal] and navigate to the Subscriptions page. Here, you can check the status of your subscription and any notifications related to it.

Upgrade Your Subscription: If your trial has ended or if there are any issues with the account review, consider upgrading your Azure Free Trial to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription. This will remove the temporary restrictions and allow you to create resources again. You can follow these steps to upgrade:

    • Sign into the Azure Portal.
    • Search for Subscriptions and select the subscription linked to your Free Trial.
    • Choose Upgrade subscription from the command bar.
    • Follow the prompts to complete the upgrade process. You might need to add a payment method or verify your identity via phone.
    • Reactivate a Canceled Subscription: If you accidentally canceled your subscription and it’s marked as canceled, you can reactivate it by following these steps:
    • Log into the Azure Portal.
    • Go to Subscriptions and select the canceled subscription.
    • Click Reactivate and confirm the action.

Remember that once reactivated, it might take up to 30 minutes for your subscription to be fully operational and for you to start creating resources again.

If you still face issues, please let me know, and it would be helpful to gather more details from you:

    • What is the current status of your subscription as seen in the Azure Portal?
    • Have you received any email or notification from Microsoft regarding the review?
    • Have you attempted any of the suggested steps above?

Hope this helps you get back on track!
